Privacy policy

The short version
PaceFuel builds race plans from the numbers you enter. We keep what we need to run your account and save your plans, use analytics only with your permission where the law requires it, and never sell your data or show ads.
What we collect
- Planner inputs (FTP, paces, weight, fueling targets) are sent to our server to calculate your plan. Course files you upload are read in your browser; only a simplified elevation profile and route are sent, never the raw GPS file. Nothing is stored unless you save the plan.
- Your account: your email address and sign-in details (a password hash, or your Google account if you sign in with Google).
- Saved plans: the inputs, course choices, and race date of plans you save, until you delete them.
- Purchases: what you bought and when. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- Analytics (if you allow it): pages visited and planner steps such as starting a plan or opening checkout, through Google Analytics. No ads and no ad personalization.

In the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland, analytics cookies are off until you accept them. Elsewhere they're on by default. Change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; declining removes the analytics cookies.

- Vercel: hosting
- Supabase: accounts and saved plans
- Stripe: payments
- Google: sign-in with Google, and Analytics if you allow it
- OpenFreeMap: map tiles for course maps
Your rights
You can see, correct, export, or delete your data. Delete saved plans from your account page; for anything else, including deleting your account, email privacy@pacefuel.app. If you're in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
